<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">Prema mi&scaron;ljenju Harolda Frosta (<a href="#lit1">1997</a>), preduslov za nastanak osteoporoze je poremećaj receptora za mehaničko naprezanje u kostima &#8211; <a href="http://www.sportizdravlje.rs/wp/?p=97">mehanostata</a>, koji izmedju ostalog utiče i na proces mineralizacije kosti.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Utvrdjeno je da se mehanostat može uspe&scaron;no stimulisati i vibracionim stimulansom. Eksperimentalno su utvrdjena dva načina uticaja na ko&scaron;tanu gustinu vibracijama:&nbsp;</span></span></p>

<li><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">drugi je indirektan, stimulacijom mi&scaron;ića vibracijama velike amplitude koji potom fiziolo&scaron;ki stimuli&scaron;u ko&scaron;tani sistem (<a href="#lit6">Flieger et al., 1998</a>; <a href="#lit7">Verschueren et al., 2004</a>; <a href="#lit8">Rittweger &#038; Felsenberg, 2004</a>)</span></span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Kontrolisana i dozirana vibraciona terapija uz dodatak ostalih metoda treninga se značajno suprotstavlja osteoporozi.</span></span></p>
